Cookie policy

In short

This website uses no profiling cookies and no analytics tools and sets no cookies on your device when you open it. That is why there is no banner: there is nothing to accept. Only the shop staff area uses a technical session cookie, after login.

Booking and payment

The booking page keeps what you are typing in your browser's session storage (sessionStorage), only so you do not lose it if you come back from the payment page: it is deleted when you close the tab and nobody else reads it. Payment takes place on Stripe's page (checkout.stripe.com), not on this domain: there Stripe uses its own technical and anti-fraud cookies, described in Stripe's cookie policy.

Google map

On the Contact page the Google Maps map stays off until you press “Show the map”. Only after that click does your browser connect to Google's servers, which receive your IP address and may set their own cookies under Google's privacy policy. The choice applies to that visit only.
