How to book in four steps

Rental bikes are booked and paid for online, with the shop's real availability. For the workshop and tours, write or call us.

Choose
Choose the bike, size and dates: you immediately see how many bikes are free and what it costs, extras included.

Book and pay
Enter your details and pay online by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payment is handled by Stripe.

Get confirmation
As soon as the payment goes through the bike is yours for those dates: you immediately get an email with your booking code.

Pick up at the shop
Come to Viale Rovereto 1A in Riva del Garda from 9.00 on the first day, with your code and an ID document.

Good to know

A rental day runs from 9.00 to 18.00: the bike goes back by 18.00 on the last day.
Included with every rental bike: bike fitting, spare inner tube, repair kit and pedals.
At pickup you need an ID document and a credit card.
Evening-before pick-up: +€10, chosen in the online booking.
For e-bikes the charger is available on request, free of charge: tick the box when you book.
Half day (9.00–13.00 or 13.00–18.00): at the shop only, cannot be booked online and not available for e-bikes.
The bikes are not insured: you can add bike insurance (€20 per day per bike), which covers damage and theft up to €500. No refund for early return.
Cancellations, refunds, deposit and damage are explained in the rental terms.
The workshop and guided tours are booked through the contact form, by phone or at the shop.
